- Answer Depends on if they have to hard wire it. When you purchase things like this and it says “installation included” it’s in the price, so the hardware is less than the price tag and you pay the labor included in the price. If they have to do any extra to install it it’s 99 bucks an hour or 74 bucks a half hour.

QuestionCompustar remote stopped working - will not unlock/lock or start the car. Factory remote will start car but only when I'm actually sitting in the car. Not sure what's going on with this as it was working perfectly when first installed about 3 weeks ago.
