“What does it mean "Installation Required"? If I bought tis item and in description wasn't mention anything about installation, do I have to pay for the installation?”

We called for installation as soon as stores opened after Christmas and got an appointment for 2 weeks in the future. Showed up for that appointment and the store said we had no appointment the earliest they can install this product now is in March (2 months away) and an additonal $40 product the "Universal Holder" is required to install.
