“Is installation included? My husband wondered like if he gets out of car and heat is up high or defrost is on when he remote starts it the next day will those still be on. He has a Mazda 3 x 2014 grand touring.”

Installation is included. Whatever heat setting you have left the car on previously before turning the car off, is the setting it will be on when using the remote start. If you want your heat on high when you utilize the remote start, when you get out the night before, turn your heat on high before shutting the car off.
