No unfortunately, it does not seem that it will work. According to the online compatibility check: "This does not fit your 2019 Audi Q3" This Audi has a fairly sophisticated technology package, especially if you have the $2000 upgraded system. It may already have access to features connected to an Audi supplied App. If your system no longer has access due to the 3G network shutdown, contact Audi as they may have a compatible upgrade for your vehicle. There may be other remote start systems that will work, however they will need to be compatible with Audi's electronics.
