Second part first - No, it will not make any car a "Keyless Entry/Start".Although it will start without a key, the key will have to be inserted into the ignition and rotated to the "Run" position before stepping on the brake or the ignition will be stopped. For keyless entry/start vehicles, the fob must be detected inside the vehicle for the engine to continue to run. Now for compatibility - Compustar is lacking compatibility information on their website. Since you are considering purchasing from Best Buy, I recommend you contact your local store's installation technicians and ask them directly. They deal with these installations regularly and most likely have access to support and literature that most don't.
