• When I got mine done it was free install. There is some fine print that states you may need to pay for extra parts if needed, most of the time it is for a wire harness that is about 12 bucks.

• It depends... no if it's not offered at the BestBuy near you and also, if you're not Total Tech member. Otherwise it should give you option at the checkout to schedule free installation
