Yes, it has two PCI-E cables. Each of them has an 8-pin PCI-E connector and a second one that can be used with either a 6 or 8 pin PCI-E connector.

Comes with a 8 pin connector and you can unsnap the 7 and 8 pins to have a 6 pin.

It did, my card doesn't use it, but it came with 6 pin cables for PCI express. It even came with molex cables for older PCs. You only plug in what you need though, much neater than my old cables everywhere.
