Second, for a typical GTX 970 in a typical PC, the recommended PSU wattage is 500 Watts. With the max draw of a single GTX 970 being 170 Watts, you're probably at 670 Watts Max, which is 80 Watts below the output of this power supply. So you should be safe as far as power output goes as well.
