It should have everything you need to get started, even if your graphic card needs two 8 pins. That includes sata cables as well.

I use it to power my RX580 graphics card in a new build using ASUS ROG STRIX X470-F, Ryzen 2700X, 32 GB memeory, 2 Samsung SSD's and the XFX RX580 Black Core Addition . It does not have single 8 pin connectors, it uses the 6 pin and 2 pin together making it very compatible with old and new requirements.
