Short Answer: It should. Long Answer: First, I'm assuming you are referring to the GTX 970, which typically require two (2) 6-pin PCI-E power connectors. The CX750M includes two (2) 6+2 pin PCI-E cables, each with two (2) connectors, for a total of four (4) PCI-E connectors. So as regards PCI-E power connectors, you'll be covered for both GTX 970's. Second, for a typical GTX 970 in a typical PC, the recommended PSU wattage is 500 Watts. With the max draw of a single GTX 970 being 170 Watts, you're probably at 670 Watts Max, which is 80 Watts below the output of this power supply. So you should be safe as far as power output goes as well.
