- Answer It comes with a USB adapter that you plug the headset jack into. You have to make sure that the headset jack is plugged all the way into the USB otherwise no sound will come in.

- Answer Make sure mic is fully plugged in. I had to unplug and replug mine. Solved the issue for me. Also make sure you update the drivers with icue
