• Well the headset works on any device with a jack 3.5, there must be something wrong with the set up

• Still might need to adjust your settings on your PS5. From my knowledge, this isnt a bluetooth headset but it comes with an adapter that you plug into a usb port and plug in the audio jack in said usb port. As far as connecting it through your controller, I'd still refer to adjusting your settings. New devices are always finicky and weird to set up for consols
