I'm currently using an i9-9900k, and don't get anything above 55 degrees celsius, even during long gaming sessions. :)

no this is not enough for a 105 watt cpu. i would highly recommend a dual fan setup 120x240 radiator. or even a 3 fan (120x 360). https://www.bestbuy.com/site/corsair-hydro-series-120mm-liquid-cooling-system-black-gray/6181284.p?skuId=6181284

Hey man to be honest if you are running a single fan AIO you are fine if you are not overclocking otherwise if you are two fan set up for overclocking.
