“Are the fans that are included replaceable with LL120 RGB 120mm Dual Light Loop RGB LED PWM Fans? I want to place all the fans in my current PC into another case and keep the ability to control all the lighting.”

These new ICUE AIO coolers come with a newer Commander for the fan lighting. I think the connectors are different, and each fan has a speed connector and a second ( connector ) for rgb lighting. I do not think your old fans will work with this newer unit.

Yes the fans do not come pre installed to the radiator so you should be able to line up a 120mm fan to the holes.
