Turn off the Enable SDK option in the iCUE settings. MSI Mystic Light takes over the keyboard on a restart when this is enabled.

Download iCue and create profiles if you haven’t already. It will let you create color profiles you can cycle through

If you are not using iCue software to change RGB display, you can still change built-in displays by pressing the "fn" or function button and ~ through 0 to toggle RGB settings.
