After reading this comment I tried multiple times to make this happen and nothing. I don’t know if you have a defected keyboard but I would do an exchange.

This was part of some of the many problems I had with it myself. The only way to fix it is to return it for a refund like I did. I've since moved on to SteelSeries that have far better products. Good Luck
