Hi, Yes, our DDR5 modules have ON-DIE ECC. At higher frequencies, reliability might diminish, resulting in increased latency and looser timings. DDR5 has on-die ECC as part of its specification, which helps to reduce errors and allows the modules to run at higher frequencies. Keep in mind that this does not mean that DDR5 utilizes a full-fledged ECC implementation.
