“headset won’t charge. The cable it came w works fine. I tried diff cable w headset and still won’t work. Is it something I need to do to the headset before I can charge it? Would like to know what else to try before I return them. Ty”

• mine is the same way. Corsair is junk. I have to use my warranty to replace it. Sorry to hear about your issue, it looks like this is a common issue, yet Corsair just lets its consumers suffer with a shotty product

• Maybe try resetting with the little reset button that u have to stick a small pin in.
