“When I plug the USB in for the headphones it says that input and output are both my headphones but don't hear anything. I put my Output to headphones to all audio I don't know what im missing.”

You probably have the volume from the headset on low try turning them up or down to see if it changes but keep music or something running so you can pinpoint it.
