• The inside of this is all polished steel. Perhaps the "non-stick" is in part because the maximum temperature setting is 165*F, so nothing "bakes" onto the walls. There are several drip trays, but they need to be supported by either the very bottom, or by a rack. This sacrifices a drying rack for each additional tray used.
