• There were plans for preorder bonuses. Preorders will get a SOLDIER Materia set bonus and a steel book cover. However, I found I only received the SOLDIER Materia set, as the steel book cover is supposedly sold out.

• As per a week or so ago yes. You will get a steel book and dark Materia set but only if you order today or later. I called and asked and if it's not on your ordered form at check out\in your history as a separate object, you will not get it
