“Is it supposed to make sound when running? When we first started the oven it made a loud sound like a fan blade hitting something, then we’re heating up some pizza and it’s super quiet now… no real sound at all.”

If there is no sound whatsoever, chances are that the fan is not turning, which it is supposed to. If it is still under warranty, I would suggest you return it for exchange, credit or cash.
