“Are these knives for like non-stick cake pans so they don't cut the pan?”

I would not recommend doing in a pan. They are sharp.

ANY sharp knife will cut into a cake pan!! Why would you even need a sharp knife to cut into CAKE?

No these are like regular knives they are extremely sharp. You would scratch your pans if you used it for that.

These knifes are as sharp as other knifes so they will cut into the pans if pressing hard.

No these are normal knifes. They behave as normal knifes and will damage non stick surfaces.

I don’t think so. 95% sure you would not want to use this on any non stick surface
