“My timer knob will only go to 20 minutes and no further. Is this normal ?”

• Mine goes all the way to 60 minutes, so I would say something is wrong with your timer.

• No. That’s not normal. You should be able to set it to 60 mins. Have you referred to the manual. Maybe certain selections won’t allow more than 20 mins. (Ex. Making toast may not allow you to go more than 20mins
