“When I turn the left timer to desired minutes I don’t hear it. And it takes forever to move, is this normal? Does the oven stay on when both knobs are on warm? When I did this and set the timer my oven never turned off.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The left timer is just that a timer and does have ticking sound. When it reaches 0 a bell rings. You situation is not normal and you should take it back. When you open the door your oven should go off and when the timer reaches 0 the oven should turn off. Note-if you are using the dials that have the warm function.
