- Answer What you could do is make a 6 oz. cup, and then add water by running it through a other single serve with or without the used filter. I wish it had a strength tab to push too♡♡

- Answer Only thing I can think of is you need to push down all the way, you will definitely hear a popping when it is punctured.

- Answer Yes, but if you turn it off and wait a couple minutes and turn it back on they quit until you try to run coffee through it again. I found it was clogged up where the water runs through the coffee cartridge.

QuestionWe just received are new coffee machine on the weekend and brewed coffee 3 times without the charcoal filter worked great but tried it yesterday and the brew light does what it’s supposed to but we are getting no coffee does it need the filter to brew?

- Answer It's explained in the owner's manual. It's pretty simple. Just follow the directions. I made a copy. of the directions and taped it to the inside of the cabinet above the coffeemaker. That works for me.

- Answer I thought my clean light was on also but it’s just the way the coffee pot is made. The lite is always on! Now I’m waiting to see what will happen when it’s really time to clean the pot

- Answer Mine does the same thing, I end up with 1/4 of my grounds in the carafe. I always use the bold setting.

- Answer There is a hole in the bottom you must line up. The top also has to fit under the lip at the top of the unit.

- Answer There is a small tab on the plastic cover that you just pull off. The single side reservoir removes from the unit to fill with water. Replace reservoir and put back on plastic top.

QuestionDuring single serve brewing my coffee spits out of the bottom of the dispenser leaving small droplets on the counter. The k-cups are in place and it is clean. The small hole in the dispenser has also been cleaned out with a paper lip. What cause it?

- Answer I'm having this same problem, and I think it's because I removed the rubber piece around the needle. It worked fine before that. Do you still have the rubber piece in the machine? I have been back and forth with cuisinart about this... This is using the refillable cup that comes with it. I had a problem with the commercial Kcups as well, but they told me to push it down until I hear the pop, and that has fixed that issue.
