“Is the food processor part powerful enough to make peanut butter out of peanuts?”

• The Food processor part is useless, it just pushes the food to do the top and the blade ends up blending thin air. The Blender jug though did work well for us to blend nuts and make toppings and sour cream for our vegan friends out of cashews. Just note that our model died after 3.5 months and Best Buy wouldn't replace it, it has to be send back to the manufacturer in Arizona for repairs which will take over a month. So not only is this a costly model, if you need a blender in the interim, you'll just have to buy another one while you wait. I don't recommend this product at all.
