Please try again later.im sorry no one seemed to answer this sooner but this to me sounds like battery failure i had a APC unit blare at me and its led flash green and red but as soon as i powered it down and grabbed a battery from a APC ups that had died and turned it back on my ups went silent and i think a older cyberpower ups i had years ago did the same thing when the battery had failed
