“when one speaks of muting the alarm, are we talking about a permanent mute or muting per incident. I am disabled and don't want to be bothered with an annoying alarm that I need to shut off every time there's an outage - thanks”

• Hello, The LX1500GU3 on battery alarm will stay muted even after battery power is consumed or the UPS is power cycled. Great question!
