“Does this pc come with a DVD/CD player/burner? If not, is it possible to have one installed? I need it for the work I do.”

Thanks for reaching out 1Fisherman. Unfortunately, this PC does not come with a CD/DVD drive. The installation is based on the case and this case might not support it. However, it is possible to purchase an external CD/DVD drive if will be using discs.
