QuestionCan you tell me the model of the motherboard and the rating of the PSU. Concerning the motherboard how many memory slots does it have, what's the max memory it can be upgraded to, how many PCIE inputs, how many Sata III's and does it have any M.2's?

- Answer The Power supply is rated 80 plus. The computer may be equipped with a B350 Bazooka motherboard. The board is equipped with 4 dimm slots and supports a total of 64GB. QuestionWhat’s the average FPS on Fortnite with this pc?

- Answer Honestly it depends on your settings. If you run ultra settings with post-processing, shadows, and etc turned off, I believe you can run 60-90 frames steadily. High setting s will increase the frame rate. I’d recommend a monitor with AMD Freesync technology to pair with this computer.

QuestionRecently got this PC but when i turn it on it shows No signal on the monitor and i looked inside and the fans underneath the graphics card won’t spin but all the others do. I checked every cord and everything is tightly plugged in yet still no signal.

QuestionIs it able to run a Vive? I'm new to PCs and was looking at the specifications needed for a Vive, and I'm unsure of the differences between the Ryzen 7 and FX 8350, as well as the Radeon RX 580 and Radeon RX 480.

The requirements/specifications is the performance of your CPU and GPU that are able to handle the VR's performance so that they are able to perform well with one another. You would need a CPU/GPU that are similar, or better than the minimum requirements for VR in order to have a better performance. QuestionI just got this pc and I’m missing an rgb remote. Where could it be.

- Answer Mine didn't come with a actual RGB remote, however there are buttons on the Tower in the front just under the lite up Power button, reach under ledge there, you will feel the buttons. That is where you change your Tower RGB colors. As for changing the colors on the keyboard, there is a * (star) button which changes the colors. It is located on the right 2 spaces over from your Spacebar. Hope that helps!

- Answer It CAN run Ark Survival, but as a note, Ark is not a very well optimized game and would require something way beefier if you want 60fps. You would need to tweak certain settings on your PC and in Ark's ini files to ensure the best performance.
