“Can this PC use a Logitech keyboard, mouse, and headset to play games?”

Absolutely. I have this PC with a Logitech G513 Carbon gaming keyboard plugged into two USB ports (needs extra power for the backlighting perhaps?), a A Logitech G305 wireless Gaming Mouse mouse that uses a USB Receiver, and a Logitech 'G PRO' Surround Sound Gaming Headset plugged into the audio DIN jack on the bottom edge of the screen.

Yes. It has USB ports and audio in/out jacks.
