Thanks for reaching out ClutchRaid. This PC should be able to handle an upgrade to 16GB of DDR4 RAM, the Ryzen 5 2600 as it uses the AM4 socket. As for the video card, you might need to check if your PSU has an 8-pin power connector for the RX 580.
