A:AnswerThe downside to this computer is it only has 1 HDMI port to the back, what I have done is run 1 HDMI to one monitor and connected a DVI to HDMI adapter to the PC and just used another HDMI to connect my other monitor two have them both active. Hope this helps the adapter shouldn't be that expensive but that's the work around I did to connect two HDMI monitors.

A:AnswerInitially, I was running into this issue when installing 2 16GB ram sticks in replacement of the original 8GB. The RAM cards ONLY fit one way into the RAM slot(s). I would make sure you are able to here a "click" sound on both ends of the RAM sticks to ensure they are locked into place correctly. Also, I had the PC unplugged while making changes to the system. Make sure you apply pressure to lock in the ram sticks. If you are positive that the monitor is not the issue, then carefully put pressure to lock the ram sticks into place without damaging anything else.
