“I got this computer about two weeks ago everything works fine, but it seems i can't work the microphone, when im playing online with friends they cant hear me . I worked around all the setting's nothing seems to work.”

Thank you for reaching out to us Naim. Make sure your headset is plugged into an audio splitter as the PC does require 2 connections 1 for the headset and 1 for the microphone. If you already have an audio splitter on the headset and your mic is still not working, please feel free to contact our tech support team for further assistance.
