Thank you for reaching out to us Naim. Make sure your headset is plugged into an audio splitter as the PC does require 2 connections 1 for the headset and 1 for the microphone. If you already have an audio splitter on the headset and your mic is still not working, please feel free to contact our tech support team for further assistance.
