“Can I install a solid state hard drive and dedicated graphics card into this computer? I purchased a year ago and would like to add some extra to it. Also how about would I go into doing such a thing? What recommended hardware do you guys have ?”

Thanks for reaching out Arepeezus. You should be able to install a SSD and graphics card into the PC. For the graphics card, you will need to make sure the power supply unit has the appropriate wattage and power connectors for the video card of your choosing.
