“Is the Windows 10 provided with a disk with holographic sticker? And will we be able to upgrade it to Windows 10 Pro on the Microsoft site? Also, will this work with VGA?”

Thank you for reaching out to us SOLID. The Windows 10 key included with this system should be a digital license embedded on your motherboard. Unfortunately the graphics card included with this system does not support VGA, the ports on the graphics card may consist of DVI-D, HDMI, and DP (Display Port).
