I have been doing a lot of research and was considering building a pc but the cost to build what I wanted was literally this pc and it was cheaper than all parts combined with sale. I pulled the trigger and was so excited until I saw it was going to take 3 weeks to arrive but I thought worth the wait. Well it showed up in 4 days! Was super excited it arrived much earlier than expected. I opened the box and set everything but was disappointed when the mouse buttons stick when I use them, the glass panel has numerous scratches and was cracked. It also has dust inside the pc and the WiFi/Bluetooth was already installed. I bought this brand new and it appears to be an open box which was frustrating. These normally have foam inside to protect the parts based on watching box openings on YouTube and this one didn’t have it. I am currently submitting claim with cyberpowerpc but I also feel like I should have gotten this pc for cheaper if it was open box as that is not what I paid for. All in all the pc does run and works really well so far. The specs and everything are all I wanted I am just more concerned with the fact it appears used and came with damaged aesthetics. I am hoping cyberpowerpc will come through with replacements or a gift card or something.

This is a great mid-range PC I can run games like fortnite 144fps on pretty high settings and it only took about a hour to set-up. The RGB looks really clean and it's surprisingly quiet for how big it is. I got it on discount 150$ off and overall a very good deal for the 850$ I paid for it.

This PC has been solid. It is fast and makes my life a lot easier with how much it can handle. I use it to livestream from my xbox via capture card and it handles everything no problem. The shell design and RGB are a nice additions as well. I would have given 5 stars but the glass on the PC I received is scratched up and slightly cracked in places.

I’m just awestruck on how snappy it performance. Never had a gaming pc this awesome. Had no issue whatsoever. The best part is all the wiring are black cables no mustard cable just sweet matches the pc. Best cable managing.

The computer arrived much earlier than expected like some of the other reviews had mentioned. Overall the pc worked right out of the box. All that you have to do is remove the protective packaging inside the computer and then its plug in play. One thing I noticed however that the specific components can vary depending I guess what cyberpower has in stock. I was lucky enough to get ram speed rated 3000mhz but the ram specified was rated 2400mhz in the questions and answers section by cyberpower. Also the gpu varies as well and I was able to get the msi geforce gtx 1660 XS a overclocked version and with a backplate; overall better than the other non backplate gpus in the customer pictures. Overall I am very satisfied with my buy and was lucky enough to receive more than I expected.

High frame rates, runs smooth and fast. Defiantly a good buy.

I bought this procure when it was on sale, I am satisfied with this desktop after experienceing about 2weeks . The CPU and the Graphics card are both excellent when it compares to other products with the same price as it.

This computer is really good for the price, being able to run top games like Fortnite, and CoD MW on max graphic settings with over 90 FPS. The GPU could be better but you can always upgrade that at any time.

Great computer for beginners. I play a lot of games on it. Rocket league, Call of Duty, GTA. It runs all the games very smooth even with me streaming. The only thing I would suggest is upgrading the SSD to a 1 or 2tb because the space goes quick after 3-4 games. Plus I use it for my business too. Overall, very good computer. Very quiet. Love the lighted fans and everything too. Was very easy to set up right out of the box. Took maybe 5-10 minutes.

I was debating on purchasing a pre built computer or building my own, and after going back and forth of trying to find the best deal for my money I came across this guy. For the money this is better than building a computer for the sale price I got it at, $720. Even though I purchased my own mouse and keyboard, the key is ok for people that want to wait a little bit to purchase one and same with the mouse. The mouse is actually pretty decent, a lot better than I was expecting. Only downside I can say with the computer is the little storage it has built in because you can burn through it quick, but I planned ahead and purchased an additional 1TB ssd and a 2 TB HD. But if you can catch this guy on sale I wouldn't worry about the storage since you can go buy more storage for not that much money and you will be set.

This is a great gaming PC for anyone starting out PC gaming. It is exceptional for its price range and makes for a great birthday/Christmas present. I would recommend this to anyone as a first time PC gamer and love that it comes with a free $10 gift card and mouse pad.

I purchased this PC this year. I haven't purchased a new pc in a while but I really wanted to reinvest without spending a ton of money. This computer boots quickly and runs well. It has been very stable and it performs great. It was a deep discount and was a close out but it is exactly what I wanted. The hard drive was a bit small but it is an nvme m2. I installed another ssd and added another 1TB of memory. Overall this was a great value and exactly what I wanted.

It lasted a good 3 years before the PC windows boot crashed on me but it still works as fine as I first got it.

Great for the price, have not had TONS of time to play with it, but kept getting the blue screen of death while doing easy things, like watching youtube... but, I updated all the drivers, but it still did it, but did it less. I ended up moving the RAM sticks next to each other (even though you are not supposed to) and that fixed the problem. I wanted to leave it so it might be covered under a warranty, but have not played with it long enough to know. I plan on getting 2 more ram sticks to have them all match, but corona making me freeze all my spending... but its worth the price for sure, and rather quiet. The colors I did not car about when I bought it, but now LOVE IT, it has sooo many options, and the mouse matches well. makes me want a keyboard that also lights up. I ended up putting some star wars figures in the computer in a fight scene as well, ha.. Worth the buy!

Got this pc for my son, came 10 days before expected time. Super easy to set up, ready to plug and start using. My son played different games and said quality is extremely good. Very quiet, fast as well. Very happy with my purchase.

After owning for 3 months and this being my first gaming pc i have to say the performance, quality and all is great. The white case is nice. I do plan on upgrading parts in the future using this case but, for now its great. The keyboard and mouse it comes with is nice. I decided to go with another brand key board and mouse just because but while using this keyboard and mouse it comes with are good.

Great value for the money spent. Game load times are very quick.

This is a great PC, especially at the price point I got it for. It came way faster than the website said it would come. My only complaint is that the metal lining on the glass side was bent near the thumb screws. It didn't mess with anything, its just frustrating when you pay for a brand new full product, and then something like that happens. Thanks to CyberpowerPC for the great computer!

Only had the computer a short while but so far runs excellently. Multiple monitor output is great as i can have 3 screens and a VR headset and all run flawlessly. Computer is also fast and reliable. Working with video editing, and so far no issues or crashes at all. Can run multiple adobe programs with seamless switching and no lag.
