• I have played Fortnite on this computer and it had no issues. I can't confirm Call of Duty but should run just fine

• Yes you can, the games will also have good performance.

• Yes. Fortnite is able to run at 30 fps on a Nintendo Switch, and it was also shown in the advertising on the computers page.
