A:Answer I had my computer lost by FedEx in shipping and despite having a mountain of e-mail evidence from FedEx about delays that proves that they didn't deliver when they claimed, BestBuy didn't even have a way for me to submit this evidence, and ultimately decided not to refund my money despite saying at first that they would. I had to file a police report and submit my evidence to my credit card company before I finally got my money clawed back, no thanks to BestBuy.
