A: Hey Gi, We're sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. Based on what you've shared, this seems to be a software-based issue. Have you checked for updates yet via the Lenovo Vantage app or via the Lenovo Support site? If not, we recommend applying the latest updates by opening Vantage > Select the "Check for updates" button on the home page > apply all available updates. This may resolve the issue as there were recent BIOS and chipset updates sent out. Please update us when you can and let us know if you need further assistance. Best regards, Lenovo
A: Hey Alex, What we can share is that you can likely get high FPS at 1440, but it will depend on how demanding the titles are that you wish to play, along with your idea of high frame rates. For example, you could play Skyrim at 1440 and likely see 180+ FPS without any hiccups, but if you wanted to play the latest Call of Duty title at the same resolution, FPS would likely hover around 144FPS. But, this can depend on many other factors like in-game settings, frame generation, upscale technology used, and more. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
Q: Are the parts on this upgrade friendly ?

A: Hi Techfan, The Legion T5 was designed to keep proprietary components at a minimum, with it featuring an mATX standard, AMD Granite Ridge B650 based systemboard. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
Q: Hey can I upgrade to a 64gig ram or not?
A: Hey, You shouldn't have any issues upgrading the tower to 64GB DDR5-5600. The system is noted to support up to 32GB; although, this is based on the maximum memory offered for this Legion Tower 5 series. Various users report successfully upgrading their Legion T5 to 64. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
Q: does it come with a mouse and keyboard. if so which one
A: Hey mdf12, The Legion T5 ships with a standard wired Lenovo keyboard and mouse. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
A: Hey Nate, We're sorry to hear that this is the case. First, we wish to clarify that this Legion T5 does feature Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. If you're not seeing Bluetooth in Windows Settings, we recommend ensuring that Bluetooth drivers are installed. If this isn't the case, please use the Lenovo Vantage app on your T5 to check for updates, as this should apply the necessary Bluetooth driver. If this does not work, please let us know. Feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!

I went into Best Buy to purchase a new work computer. Told the sales tech that I needed a computer that can handle 2 gigs of internet speed while maintaining 4 screens and even more apps open. He asked how I felt about a gaming computer. I told him if that's the best option, that's what I want. He told me that the hardware and software is a much higher grade that the standard desktop; that gaming computers are made to withstand multiple screens of gaming, without lag. The multiple fans inside the unit keep it from overheating and the components are designed to not wear out from high usage. ...I was sold and am loving it! Don't use it for gaming at all, but ran my speed tests and am getting over 2 gigs of speed and I don't have to deal with any of the issues I had with my other computer. Highly recommend as a work computer, especially if you need multiple screens!

Ok So I came from a custom build AMD ryzen 7 5800x, b550m, 4070FE That computer did very well for a while Was easy to change parts out upgrade. I only bought this prebuilt because of ram prices and wanted to upgrade. There is a noticeable difference in performance and I like it. I don’t like they give you the cheapest ram possible and you can’t change the ram speeds in BIOS. And before they reply to my review yes I did the software updates thru that bloatware app and don’t have the ram option once I go in advanced settings. Also know if you buy this upgrade options will be limited I plan to remove what I like in a few years and toss the rest

One of the coolest looking PCs I've ever owned. Got mine for 1399 during the Christmas event. Performance is incredible. One thing to know: Lenovo uses proprietary parts for some reason, meaning upgrades can be a nightmare for certain parts, but not impossible. You can upgrade the GPU with ease though, and with an 850w PSU it should be fine for a more powerful GPU of you desire.
