This pc is good for that yes...great for gaming

It struggles a bit running Editing software, but I played around a bit and Davinci Resolve seems to work better than most other software on this PC. The uploading part depends on your Wi-Fi to be honest. You can use OBS just with a few problems (such as lower HZ even if you have a 240hz while its open and performance droppage) But I would recommend GeForce Experience for recording. It is on NVidia's Site.
