“Is the case glossy(shiny) or matte? I feel like if its glossy it will look cheap and bad. Thanks!”

The outside of the case is white. It's not ridiculously glossy, but I couldn't call it matte either. It definitely doesn't look or feel cheap in any way. The left side panel is made of glass instead of one of those plastic windows. Also, there's a button right on the front to change the LED's on the inside. The case itself is well made. It doesn't give me that feel of cheap material, but that's just my opinion. It feels and runs like a quality machine should.
