I purchased this desktop not realizing that the only way to connect to the internet is with the "Built-in 10/100/1000 Ethernet LAN". I want to be able to connect to the wireless router in my house. Sorry for the misunderstanding! Any USB wireless internet adapter will be compatible with this machine and would be the simplest solution. However, your machine has excellent ugradeability and therefore really any PCI or PCI-Express wireless adapter will also work. We recommend getting an adapter with technology equal or better to what your home's wireless router has. So for example if your router has 802.11n connectivity, you should get an adapter that also has 802.11n connectivity or better (802.11ac).

Comes with an install disk but on most computers your computer will recognize the new device when you plug it in and immediately download the required software for you. A decent one will run you $50 and you can get them at any bestbuy store.
