I use an Asus Swift PG279Q 165hz 1440p monitor and get 165fps in CSGO....

It's impossible to calculate the FPS that a system will be able to render, even when given a certain game & visual specifications. However, this build greatly exceeds the system requirements to play Counter Strike: Global Offensive; and FPS should not be an issue even at the highest graphical settings.
