A:AnswerWE are having the same problem! So I tried calling CyberPowerPC, but it was New Year's Day so I was on hold for an hour before the automated answering service hung up on me. So per its instructions, I sent them a message through CyberPowerPC's website, asking for help, but it's been only 1 day and this weekend being a holiday weekend, I don't expect an answer/reply until maybe this Monday. Just in case, I also called my local Best Buy where I purchased this computer and made a Geek Squad appointment (since I didn't buy their online tech support). Supposedly, the computer's motherboard should have the Windows 10 activation key digitally stored, but my computer isn't finding one! So frustrating!! But the computer is working....but we can't personalize the computer or change anything since Windows isn't activated.
A:AnswerI managed to buy a unit but am still waiting for it to arrive. However, based on similar configurations from CyberPowerPC, it's likely to be an 80+ gold PSU. I will update if it is something different.
A:Answeryou probably can, because its a pc not a laptop. However, if its a 2 slot ram motherboard then u have to buy 2 16 gig sticks or smthin if u want more
A:AnswerI'm not exactly sure about this but I'm also interested in buying a prebuilt due to the outrageous prices of the GPUS but I saw in another post that cyber power doesn't have a specific card that they put just whatever they have around at the time they build yours
