Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.after the usb ports on top there is a button that controls the lights if you put that it will cycle thru the light settings if it still doesnt come on take off the back side and make sure the connections are tight and secure

Please try again later.Hello there is button on the very top of the case near the mid to back side of the top behind one of the usb ports that should be the controls for the RGB, also if that hasnt been able to work for you try to make sure all the wires are plugged in on both sides of the panels, if you dont feel comfortable doing that take it back into the store and see if they can do something for you.
