  • QuestionWhy does the computer I purchased only work with the CPU light, but the fan light doesn't work?

    • Answer Check the connections on the back panel (completely white). Those wires are generally taped together but I noticed that the slightest movement will affect your lighting or undo them altogether.

  • QuestionHow do you change the LED colors? I have read about the button by the usb ports on top of the computer, but all it does is restart my PC? Is there some way to fix this issue?

    • Answer You are pressing the Power button, the LED button is a tiny square just past the USB ports on top about half way down the top.
