- Answer Call support? How about put some case specs on your site? If I cannot find and answer as basic as case specs without calling support I am thinking this is a hard pass. I want to know expandability, ports, case specs, etc. I see your other answers about production variability. I get that, but this is a case. If that is your answer, I need to keep shopping.

QuestionI’ve set everything up and when I boot up the machine all that appears on the monitor is the cursor for the mouse. Black screen. It appears there is no operating system. What now?

QuestionThis pc gets really hot while gaming (Dying Light 2, Satisfactory, Valheim). I suspect the power supply may be the culprit, but I can’t find any information about it. There is no sticker, that I can see with out drilling pop rivets. Is there info on this?

QuestionWhat do I need to run duel monitors? Also is there a way to make the lights in the box one static color and not blink.

- Answer So for the lighting you'll just have to cycle through the settings till you reach the solid one and the button for that is on the top of the case near the USB ports about the middle rear section, For the dual monitors you can have a nice setup with using either 1 HDMI cable and a display port cable or 2 display port cables instead, there is most likely other ways to setup dual monitors as well. I personally run 1 HDMI and 1 display port for my setup.
