So for the lighting you'll just have to cycle through the settings till you reach the solid one and the button for that is on the top of the case near the USB ports about the middle rear section, For the dual monitors you can have a nice setup with using either 1 HDMI cable and a display port cable or 2 display port cables instead, there is most likely other ways to setup dual monitors as well. I personally run 1 HDMI and 1 display port for my setup.

The graphics card comes with multiple HDMI ports and one display port. Connect two HDMI cables to separate monitors and then go to display settings within Windows 11.
